After the concept design, we achieved planning and building approvals followed by a swift construction schedule to have the project completed in under 12 months thanks to a wonderful team of people. 

This townhouse has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and a single car garage, measuring a modest 20sqs of well utilised space achieved through careful planning and consideration to design, functionality and the surrounding environment. 

Other than the typical external aesthetic, there was a strong focus on the interior design and detailing, with careful selection of all fixtures and fittings as well as suitable colour palette.
