The brief was to create a dual occupancy that can cater for coastal living.

Located within a flood zone, careful planning and consideration of the surrounding environment was the key to having this development successfully completed.

The end result provided great amenity and a functional layout, that had not over developed the site. Each unit contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as retreat upstairs, all complimented by a large living, kitchen and dining downstairs.
