One of many warehouse projects completed, this one had a slight difference due to a larger complexity in achieving the required permits.

Previously covered by an overlay allowing only one warehouse, we successfully achieved planning and building permits to allow for two 1000sqm warehouses on the site, inclusive of the required car parking and landscape provisions outlined by the relevant authority.
